Announcing Stacks Decentralized Grants -Cohort 3
The Stacks Decentralized Grants (DeGrants) program empowers the community to decide what gets funded, driving growth and innovation across the ecosystem. This cohort will allocate $100k in funding to projects that push Stacks forward.

Building on the success of Cohort 2, the program continues to scale:

  • 100 applications received
  • 31 projects funded across DeFi, Dev Tooling, NFTs, BNS, AI, and more
  • 7 Lead & Co-Lead Stewards
  • 23 active contributors and advisors
  • 97% completion & retention rate from grantees

Funded projects achieved real impact, from STXCity hitting $20k+ daily trading volume to BNS One onboarding 500+ users in just 2 weeks.

Cohort 3 will carry this momentum forward, combining open innovation and community-driven governance to fuel the next wave of builders.

DeGrants is designed for Stacks community members eager to make an impact. The process—from applications to reviews and selections—is led by the community, ensuring funding flows to the projects that matter most.

DeGrants Features 4 Tracks
Stacks DeGrants is organized into 4 Tracks. Each Track operates independently, with its own focus area and dedicated stewarding. Applicants should apply directly to the Track that best matches their project.

Note: These Tracks are the starting framework for Cohort 3. They may evolve if application trends indicate a need.
